Bio-Clock delivers worldwide except Russia, Syria and North Korea.
Shipping Services
For domestic shipments our partner is GLS, for international shipment we use FedEx International Priority services.
For Italy delivery is normally within 24/48 hours (depending on couriers delivery times may vary, especially for Sicily, Basilicata, Calabria and Sardinia e minor islands).
For all other countries shipping times may vary depending on the destination: Europe Union and USA (ECS) are served in 24 hours, other countries delivery times is normally within 48 hours.

Once an order is in preparation it will not be possible to change it in any way (even changing the address).
We therefore ask the customer to give a delivery address where someone is always present (workplace, neighbour etc), and a telephone number where someone is available to answer if called. If the courier does not find anyone home he might try to contact you or leave you a note saying he called, leaving instructions on what to do next.
Courier guaranteed 3 reattempt delivery – after that period shipment will be returned to sender and customer has no refound.
You will receive email/sms notifications directly by FedEx or GLS with you shipment tracking number and instructions to follow up it’s tranist.
Please make sure when your order has arrived that the number of boxes correspond to your order and to those stated by the courier; and also that the box or packaging is in good state.
IIf you notice that the parcel is damaged or that different tape has been used (couriers branding or transparent tape) we ask you to make this present on the couriers documents "SUBJECT TO UNPACKING".
If one or all items have arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours from receiving the parcel giving details of the order and any clear photos of the damage caused.

Free shipping offer are active only for all orders that have "DELIVERY ADDRESS" inside "Italian Republic".

Problems
In case some articles in an order where others are available, are out of stock (due to different reasons like contempory purchasing or an error on our behalf), you will be contacted as soon as possible by one of our team members so as to agree on how to proceed.
International Shipping with Express delivery (1 working day)
For urgent deliveries an International 1 working day service is offered : from when the goods are taken by the courier; within 24 hours you will receive delivery of your order. To be able to give the courier the parcel the same day (if no problems in the warehouse arise) it is necessary to receive the sales order with payment before 12:00 (GMT +1), sometimes it is possible with orders received after 12:00 (GMT +1).
Customs Duty
Within the European Union (EU), there are no customs duties to be paid and goods are inclusive of VAT for the EU Member States.
For non-EU countries (and other places such as the Canary Islands/Channel Islands - other) goods may be subject to Customs Duties or Import Taxes of the country of destination.
Because all orders places on this site are Business to Consumer (B2C) we assume that all goods are for personal use only and not for resale.
So they will be shipped as "Personal goods - commodities for personal use only - NOT FOR RESALE".
READ CAREFULLY:
Personal goods are normally DUTY FREE except in Japan/China/Korea/Egypt - anyway if parcel will be inspected by Custom authority, Custom office could place some additional fee in order to clearance procedure.
Any kind of additional FEE will be charged to importer - that's a standard procedure in case of import.
It is not possible to provide a quote for Custom Duties / Additional FEES asked for, these must be entirely covered and paid for by the customer.
Any storage costs must be entirely covered and paid for by the customer.

All shipments to USA are shipped with all mandatory paperwork in order to complies with the existing FDA legislation. All parcel are identified by a Prior Notice Code and all products inside shipment are registered in the FDA Dept. database.
Please note that FDA may ramdonly hold parcels even if all paperworks is provided.
Any storage costs must be entirely covered and paid for by the customer.
