Accurate information and prices

The Bio-Clock  website is constantly updated. Most products are photographed in our photographic studio and given a description either using information from the manufacturer or from ourselves adding further detailed information regarding the product.


Product Availability

This can be seen on each product page. It is not possible to buy items that are out of stock. For information related to items coming back into stock we kindly ask the buyer to sign up to our re-stock notification service (Tell me when it is available) or by contacting us through the contact section of our website.

Purchases at Bio-Clock  are solely permitted for adults (older than 18 years) or minors who are supervised by an adult. Bio-Clock  presumes that all the information sent fron the user is true and correct, that the buyer himself is the owner of any payment method chosen and that sufficient funds are available so as to complete the payment.
Once the order has been received, an email confirming this will be sent automatically to the users email address stating the order details. This email does not establish the start of a contract between customer and seller (Bio-Clock ), but is only a forwarded order summary.

Bio-Clock  is free to accept or decline any order received.

In case an order is refused, Bio-Clock  will contact the user so as to provide a full reimbursement.

Preparing and Shipping an order

Once payment has been received and verified, Bio-Clock  will immediately proceed to prepare your order (we do our best in order that you have your order delivered on time).

Preparation and dispatch times may vary depending on availability (an error might occur in our warehouse: maybe someone is simultaneously buying the same article, products with faults found while preparing an order and noticing last minute defects), these problems will be managed by our customer care team as quickly as possible with maximum transparency in agreement with the buyer.
Delivery times depend on the delivery service chosen, a tracking code will be sent by email so as to be able to check the parcel status. Bio-Clock  is not responsible for any error or delay.
Assistance is provided in case of any problem. The shipping costs will be clearly shown in the shopping basket, during the order confirmation and are included in the orders Total.

Changing or cancelling orders and returns

It is always possible to change or cancel an order provided that the order is not shown as "In progress". Once it has passed this status, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

It will not be possible to modify the address either.

However, on receipt of the goods you can follow the return procedure and send us back your order (we remind you that it is possible to avail oneself the right of withdrawal within 10 days from receiving the order).

To proceed with the return of a product it is necessary that: The product is in perfect condition, sealed, not opened, not torn, not damage and not partially used., with its original box and/or bag, label, leaflet and anything that was included when bought.
Therefore, it should be found in the same condition as a new bought item.
The product is not consumable with an expiry date (food, body care products, etc.), or is not a personalized custom made to measurement product or a specific item ordered ("on order").

1. Send and email at info@bioclock.it stating that you wish to proceed with a return and please wait for the authorization.

2. Adequately pack the goods as well as the manufacturer’s packaging with protective material to avoid any damage during transit.

3. On the outside of the box, please write: o Name, surname and address of the sender o Original order number o Return number (provided by the customer service o Return address: BIO-CLOCK SRL Via Roma n. 31 25020 Poncarale (BS) Italy

4. Send the parcel using your favourite shipping method (With economical standard rates): Post or courier service.

We strongly suggest that you use a traceable posting service as the sender will be responsible for any damage, delay or failed delivery. Please kindly note that the return costs (postage and packing costs) are at the customer's expense.

5. Once received, the products will be subject to an accurate control to ensure that they fulfil the conditions. At the slightest sign of use, the return will be rejected (because BIO-CLOCK SRL) is keen to ensure that each user receives a completely new article and unused).

6. Within 3 working days of receiving the goods, and after checking the items condition: or If the entire order is returned, you will be refunded the total value including shipping costs but deducting any extra services fees like express shipping.
If only a partial of the order is returned:
For paid shipping method, the client will be refunded of the product value (shipping costs will not be refunded).
The refund will be processed through the same method used at time of purchase, even though the refund is an immediate process it might take a  few days to reflect on your statement depending on card or bank used.

Every nickname, comment, question and answer from customers will be regularly checked and we reserve the right to eliminate, refuse, change comments at any given moment.

The customer is directly responsible for the veracity of every statement sent.

In the case that it is impossible to deliver the parcel (for example wrong address given, absent addressee) and this parcel returns to the sender after 3 reattempt by courier, the both ways shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.


Customs Clearance Issues

All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country.

When you buy from Bio-Clock Shop, the goods are sent from Italy.

Therefore, you become the importer and you are responsible for the goods when they pass through Customs in your destination country.

As the importer, you assume full responsibility for the clearance of the goods as well as any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold.

Please be advised that Customs have the right to hold and inspect your goods as long as they deem necessary. Therefore, L Bio-Clock  cannot be held responsible for any delay suffered due to Customs clearance.

In the USA our products are ususally subject to FDA inspections that could delay delivery time.

Every US shipment will be dispatched with a Prior Notice documents with seller and buyer information.

Furthermore, you need to be aware that some goods may be subject to clearance requirements, taxes, etc.

For international deliveries, our shipping department provides the courier services with the correct and accurate shipping documentation. It may occur that Customs decide to carry out further inspections and therefore require additional documents. Were this case to occur, Bio-Clock will do its uttermost to provide you and/or the courier service with the documents and support the goods clearance.

Legal conditions for Bio-Clock  are stipulated by Italian and European legislation.

Right to conform.

The consumer legal code( D. Lgs. n. 206/2005) article 128-135 provides the obligation of the seller to guarantee the consumer that the goods sold are in harmony with the quality offered. The seller is therefore responsible for non conformity that exists on receipt of the goods for every product sold from the shop. The lack of conformity exists when the product is:

is not suitable for the intended use for which it is regularly necessary;

does not conform to the description and does not have the product quality as mentioned from the seller;

is not suitable for the specific use wanted by the customer, if brought to seller's attention at the moment of the purchase and accepted from him

Bio-Clock  asks the purchaser, if a fault or defect is found, not to continue using the product and to contact us by Email through the "Contact us" section or mail us at info@bioclock.it specifying the problem that has been encountered.

In case of non conformance of an item, the shipping costs to and from the Bio-Clock warehouse will not have to be paid by the buyer.

All prices/costs are in euro (€) and include Italian IVA (or Value Added Tax; VAT in English).

 It is possible to change the currency so as to be exempt from Tax, this may be the case for certain Countries outside the European Union or Businesses.

For Businesses, custom duties and other cost's related to customs and VAT, if required to pay are to be covered by the buyer. 
The total amount that will be debited (or which will have to be paid by bank transfer) is the same, in the chosen currency, that you will find in the last page of your order confirmation.

Every service cost for receiving payment (for example; Bank Transfer; the cost may vary depending on which bank is used) has to be covered by the customer.


Bank Transfer

Once the desired items have been purchased an email will be sent with details for the Bank Transfer. To quick the time period normally needed to associate the payment with the customers order, we suggest sending a copy of the bank transfer transaction to shop@bioclock.it so as to speed up this process .

IN EVERY CASE, the order will prepared and sent ONLY after payment has been received (using Intesa San Paolo bank this is in realtime). Every commission cost for bank transfers are to be paid by the buyer. These costs differ depending on what contract is in place with your bank. It takes about 2-3 working days for the bank transfer transaction.



SECURE gateway (with coding used for communicating details) PAYPAL where, by login/registration, it is possible carry out payment. Details received concerning your credit card will be treated by Paypal in harmony with legislation that is in force. NO data or details will be sent to Bio-Clock. When the payment transaction is complete the order will be automatically sent to our order processing system. Payment must be made, or it will not be possible to finalize your order. If your order is successful you will be redirected to an order confirmation web page which will confirm your payment and two emails will be sent to you; one from Bio-Clock and the other from Paypal, where you will find the order summary.

Possible problems with paypal may be:

Email not received: If after having made payment using Paypal you receive an email from paypal but not from us, we ask that you kindly contact us indicating your email and your Paypal accounts email. This will help us check your order status, which if not present will be inserted by ourselves.

Restricted Purchase: This means you have restrictions on you account. It is necessary to contact Paypal for further information on this matter or continue with the payment choosing another means of payment.

Transaction Denied: Transaction Denied: Paypal does not authorize this transaction. Choose another payment method or contact customer services at Paypal for further information.

Shortage of Finacial Resources: Paypal has denied the transaction due to shortage of financial resources in your paypal account. This may be due to an expired uploaded credit card.

Transaction Refused because buyer at risk: Paypal has deemed the users account as a risk and therefore has denied the transaction. For further information it is necessary to contact customer services at paypal.
